Studio Élan
Gym: yoga, Pilates, boxing, HIIT. “Urban Energy” brand guidelines.

Project details
The project
Project completed during my training at Digital Campus Paris, in a team of three (“Studio Nova”). A fictional site for Élan, a multi-activity gym (yoga, Pilates, boxing, HIIT, strength, cardio) founded by Debbie Scotto. Goal: a clear site that makes visitors want to book a first class.
My role
Analysing the client's request, writing the specifications, creating personas, defining the site goals, impact mapping, task flow and user flow, choosing the “Urban Energy” guidelines with the client, then building the site in WordPress and writing the test plan before launch.
Tools
WordPress · Elementor · Canva (personas, goals, impact mapping, task flow, user flow, presentation) · teamwork and project follow-up.
My process
From the client's request to the live site, in nine steps.
- 1
The request
Analysing the client's brief: her activities, target audience and expectations.
- 2
The specifications
Formalising the need: goals, content, pages, features, constraints and schedule.
- 3
The personas
Two typical profiles to understand visitors' needs and frustrations.
- 4
The goals
Nine goals defined from the client's request and the personas.
- 5
Impact mapping
Linking each goal to the personas, the expected changes and the site features.
- 6
Task flow & user flow
Mapping each persona's path through the site, step by step, to the action: booking a class, contacting the studio.
- 7
The brand guidelines
Choosing the “Urban Energy” guidelines with the client: colours, typefaces, mood.
- 8
The site
Building the site in WordPress with Elementor, responsive on mobile, tablet and desktop.
- 9
The test plan
Testing every page and feature, logging bugs and fixing them before launch.
